COVID-19 Practice Update

We have now transitioned back to face to face consultations. However, you will be required to wear a mask in the practice unless you have a current and valid exemption for this.

They have been developed to help answer some general questions you might have about COVID-19. The information provided is correct as of 13th January 2022.

If you have symptoms of fever, flu, a cold, loss of sense of smell or taste, any diarrhea or gastrointestinal symptoms, please DO NOT attend the practice but arrange a Telehealth review either online or by calling reception.

If you are experiencing difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, confusion or chest pain, please call 000.

Medicare telehealth items are restricted to patients who have an existing relationship with CFMC (i.e. the patient has had a face-to-face GP appointment at this practice in the last 12 months), other than for children aged under 12 months or patients who are homeless.

A private or gap fee may be incurred for telephone or video consults.

While we will make every effort to call you at the arranged time, due to the current health crisis, there may be some delays due to emergency cases and phone network disruptions.
